Field Force Representative / Senior Field Force Representative for U Telco

Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

+ Track and ensure the performance and achievement of sales at the Retail Stores are in accordance with Appendix B of the Agreement.

+ Responsible for the stock replenishment at the assigned Retail Stores.

+ Manage Out-of-Stock (OOS) level at the assigned Retail Stores.

+ Ensure the strategic placement and high visibility of POSM at the assigned Retails Stores.

+ Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of U Telco's Product at the Retail Stores.

+ Train and brief the personnel at the Retail Stores on U Telco's Products and ongoing promotions.

+ Complete sales force automation (SFA) audit checklist provided by U Telco on the FFR's mobile device(s).

+ Report any urgent and critical issues immediately to U Telco via phone call and/or Whatsapp and/or any other approved messaging platform.
