Field Engineer/Threat System Operator

Valiant is looking for a Field Engineer/Threat System Operator to join our team

In this role you will be responsible for operating electronic warfare threat systems and related equipment for the Draughon Bombing and Electronic Attack Range (DBEAR) at Misawa Air Base and Draughon Training Range. This position supports a 13-hour flying window, five consecutive days per week, in coordination with flight operations. Candidates should be prepared to travel to Indo-Pacific countries for temporary duty assignments to perform similar responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support and advise on Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) scenarios to fulfill aircrew missions and training needs.
• Brief aircrews on current training capabilities and services.
• Understand and utilize LMOC and the ANGEL feed for fighter squadron training.
