Position Purpose: Supervise crews to thin, prune and pick stone fruit (peaches, plums and nectarines).  Recruits crew members and follows safety rules. Complies with labor laws for hiring, non-discrimination and no harassment.   

Job Responsibilities:

+ Thin, Prune and Pick stone fruit (peaches, plums and nectarines).

+ Recruits Field laborers to work on the crew

+ Keep accurate record of employee hours, blocks worked and ranches on timesheets

+ Follows California Labor law in recruiting/hiring employees, non-discrimination and non-harassment practices.
