About The Job

Field Supervisor supervises internal field officers to achieve the company’s target for recoveries.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct effective monitoring of field officer collection activity to ensure daily goals are met
• Monitor, collate and report the daily collections output of the team
• Conduct area visits, field officer evaluations, documented observations, coaching and feedback
• Implement and maintain field collection policy and regularly monitor compliance
• Conduct investigations and gather evidence for fraud incidents both internal and external
• Conduct daily team huddles to discuss performance, meetings and calibration as needed
• Facilitate training roll‑outs in local areas such as MS trainings and pre‑employment training
• Cascade communications, code reds and facilitate MUF updates, phone configuration
