Job Description
Home Credit Philippines is looking for field workers to assist in debt collection efforts. You will engage in door-to-door visits to clients, planning actions to recover outstanding payments and negotiating payment plans.
Ideal candidates will possess excellent negotiation skills and means to perform field visits. While previous work experience is not required, having a background in field collections, sales, or as a delivery rider is advantageous.
