Job Description
Due to organic growth we now need another Field Care Supervisor, you will be the bridge between the office team and care workers in the field. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered, maintained, and compliant with CQC standards.
Key Tasks
Quality Assurance: Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and appraisals of care workers in the community and introductions between clients and care professionals
Assessment & Care Planning: Perform initial client assessments, develop, and regularly review person-centred care plans and assist with digital planning
Staff Mentoring: Provide on-field support, instruction, and training to care staff
Compliance: Ensure all services comply with health and safety regulations, CQC standards, and company policies
