• Supporting with medication reminders and personal hygiene routines.
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the people you care for.
• Carry out spot‑checks and monthly audits.
• Carry out field competencies on new staff.
• Training and induction of new staff members.
• Care plan reviews and carrying out new client assessments.
• Ensure that care is of high standards in the field and liaise with the Care Manager and Registered Manager.
