Location: Greater Manchester and surrounding areas including Stockport, Oldham and Denton.

Requirements: Full UK driving licence and own car; previous Team Leader experience in adult social care is essential.

Contract & Pay

• Full‑time, 40 hours per week
• Pay: £14.95 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs in supported living settings.
• Lead by example, ensuring high‑quality care aligned with CQC standards and person‑centred care plans.
• Travel across services within Greater Manchester to support staff and service users.
• Foster meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement through engaging activities.
