We are currently recruiting for a Field Care Supervisor to maintain and develop our home care services in our Eastbourne branch.

Core Duties & Responsibilities as Field Care Supervisor

• Spot check carers in the community, identifying good practice, and report training concerns to the registered manager.
• Deliver high standards of care.
• Participate in the paid on-call rota.
• Complete care assessments and write care plans.
• Build relationships with care staff and service users.
• Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
