Due to our continued growth, we are pleased to be recruiting an additional Field Care Supervisor to join our existing team. We are looking someone who enjoys working with a team of Care Assistants to support the care of our service users. We deliver outcome focused care and support and focus on a high quality service allowing plenty of time to meet service users needs. You will be carrying out spot checks, completing care assessments, onboarding and mentoring our new care workers as well as delivering care when required.
