Responsibilities

• Ensure Service Operations' compliance to Reporting Services (QPMS / Semi-QPMS) and the Termite Management Program.
• Conduct technical advisory for Services that require site inspection.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports agreed with customers.
• Undertake periodic inspections for High Dependency/Key Account customers, discuss findings and recommendations, and seek agreement on action plans.
• Assist the Technical Manager with planning, scheduling, preparation of training materials, and conduct of technical training.
• Assist the Technical Manager in updating and coordinating the Authorized Product List with procurement and chemical suppliers.
• Assist the Technical Manager in conducting Service Audits and monitor Technician Performance Assessments (TPA).
