As an Automation Supervisor, you'll lead a team of Field Automation Technicians and oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated water transfer systems. This hands-on leadership role ensures that our automation systems meet operational, safety, and customer expectations across remote sites and regional locations. This role is based out of our Triadelphia, WV shop location.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of automation technicians, assigning work and providing field support
• Coordinate rig-ups, rig-downs, and troubleshooting of sensors, electrical equipment, and telemetry systems
• Provide technical leadership on automation controls, data communications, and diagnostic processes
• Train and mentor technicians on procedures, safety, and equipment use
