Field Associate

I. JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking Field Associates who are dependable and self-driven to ensure the successful completion of our survey data collection process. You will be responsible for conducting interviews and collecting information from households and individuals within a specific area. Our ideal candidate is a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, has good attention to detail, and can work independently.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepares surveys for clients on various topics including customer satisfaction, market research, opinions, politics, and/or health care.

• Meets with clients to determine the requirements and objectives of the survey.

• Coordinates with other researchers to identify the most effective survey method; methods may include interviews, questionnaires, focus groups, market research surveys, and opinion polls.
