Our client is global MNC, manufacturer of ventilation systems. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Field Application Technician to be part of their Field Service Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible. Duties of Field Application Technician:
- Deliver technical assistance to contractors and clients through phone support and various communication platforms, resolving product or system-related enquiries effectively.
- Perform on-site inspections and measurements to evaluate and enhance system efficiency and performance.
- Liaise closely with customers and cross-functional teams to provide site assistance and resolve technical issues when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources.
