Field Application Specialist

The Field Application Specialist will participate in the development, production, and application support of bioprocessing equipment, such as the Tide Motion adherent cell culture bioreactor. The scope of application support is broad and includes technical support and bioprocess consulting across multiple industry sectors, including vaccines, recombinant proteins, exosomes, and cell therapy. This role will also participate in marketing-related activities, including exhibitions, seminars, and distributor/end-user workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application consultation to customers, plan and conduct product demonstrations, and deliver optimal solutions and application recommendations (e.g., laboratory trials and process development).
• Troubleshoot application-related issues, particularly those associated with Tide Motion bioreactors (adherent cell culture systems).
