Provide effective frontline technical support for customers regarding BMK's services;
Answer questions related to workflow, specific operations, result analysis, etc., to support sales order and utilization/revenue growth;
Coordinate service processes and provide effective technical guidance to customers;
Provide technical support to the marketing and sales departments;
Assist the sales team with pre-sales technical activities, participate in various publicity campaigns such as seminars, conferences, trade shows, and other on-site activities in the relevant territories;
