Field Application Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Complete robot and AGV debugging tasks according to the commissioning plan, address on-site debugging issues and emergencies at customer sites, document technical difficulties that cannot be promptly resolved, and provide timely feedback (30%);

• Primarily liaise with Southeast Asian clients, understand their needs, compile and record requirements, and promptly report them to technical leads and project managers (20%);

• Facilitate technical exchanges with domestic technical teams in China, and provide training to local service providers (10%);

• Manage outsourced personnel training, supervision, and evaluation, while also overseeing on-site project management (15%);

• Break down daily workload based on the commissioning plan, allocate resources efficiently, monitor debugging progress, and ensure project completion within the stipulated timeline (15%);
