Field Application Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1, Responsible for the on-site service of general low voltage and medium voltage products in India market,Including installation, debugging and troubleshooting ;

2, Responsible for skill improvement of dealers and customers, make training plan and implement;

3, Responsible for customer technical visit, technical communication and troubleshooting;

Skill requirements：

1，Bachelor degree in engineering, major in mechatronics, electronics or automation；

2，Proficient in English, able to listen, speak, read and write；

3，At least 3 years working experience in inverter or automation industry，Understand the principle of inverter, and can make application plan independently and deal with system malfunction.；

4，Good at communicating with customers, able to understand customers' problems and needs and provide solutions.
