Field Application Engineer

Join our team as Field Application Engineer This role will be supporting and troubleshooting industrial systems powered by Syntec's advanced technologies—CNC controllers, industrial robots, and automation solutions. This hands-on role involves on-site installation, customer training, and global technical support. Responsibilities:

1. Provide service and application support on Syntec products: Industrial Robot, CNC controller, servo drive, etc.
2. Handle servicing and troubleshooting machinery with Syntec products
3. Deliver product training, demonstrations and technical consultation to customers
4. Project based on-site installation for automation project
5. Technical Support for Syntec group overseas markets
6. Assist & perform other assignments given by Superior as and when required
