Phyllchem is a growing agribusiness company delivering sustainable agricultural solutions. We are seeking qualified and motivated Marketing Field Agents to promote and sell our biofertilizer product Biodaphyx while supporting farmer education and market development.
This role is ideal for agriculture professionals who understand local farming systems and enjoy working directly with farmers.
Locations
Applicants must be based in, or very familiar with, the agricultural activities and cropping systems of their region.
Role Overview
This is a combined Agronomy, Sales and Marketing field role focused on:
Product awareness and farmer education
Field demonstrations and trainings
Market development and brand visibility
Converting farmer engagement into sales
Employment Structure
Commission-based engagement for the first 3 months
Permanent employment offered after 3 months based on performance...
