Fibre & Connectivity Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to‑end fibreisation and connectivity operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Supervise operational teams, vendors, and contractors, providing direction, performance oversight, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including authorities and partners, to ensure smooth deployment and compliance.
• Monitor operational KPIs, risks, and progress, preparing management reports and recommending corrective actions to the Head of Operations.
• Drive process improvements, cost optimisation, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service readiness.
