Fiber Planner

We’re looking for a **Fiber Planner**to join us at Telia.
I’m Lene Berg, Manager Fiber Planning, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on planning, documenting and optimizing Telia’s fiber infrastructure in Norway. You’ll join a dedicated team of 15 professionals, primarily based in Oslo, Stavanger and Trondheim.
**What you’ll do**:
As a Fiber Planner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Telia’s fiber network is robust, efficient, and ready for the future. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high standards of quality and performance.
- Strategic planning and analysis of Telia’s fiber network
- Perform documentation and quality assurance of as-built
- Respond to internal and external requests regarding network capacitySupport analysis and data quality initiatives to improve network efficiency
