About the Role

We are seeking a Fiber Optic Technical Trainer (Data Center) to lead a hands-on training program preparing entry-level technicians for deployment in active data center environments.

In this role, you will deliver a structured 4-week training program focused on fiber optic installation, safety, and data center best practices. You will play a critical role in building the next generation of technicians supporting large-scale infrastructure environments for CBRE supporting Meta.

This is a 100% onsite, highly hands-on role —ideal for someone who has worked in the field and is ready to teach and mentor others.

Note: This role is not a traditional classroom training position. Candidates must have hands-on fiber installation experience and be comfortable working in a lab-based training environment.
