Fiber Construction Coordinator

Construction Coordinator – Fiber / Telecom
We’re working with a telecom client supporting a large Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) build and are looking to bring on a Construction Coordinator. This role will support both field operations and project coordination to keep jobs moving on schedule.
Responsibilities:

+ Manage and oversee construction vendors in the field

+ Review job designs before construction starts

+ Track project progress and help keep timelines on schedule

+ Review as-builts, production reports, and invoices for accuracy

+ Assist with cost estimates, RFPs, and labor bids

+ Coordinate materials, permits, and contractor milestones

+ Ensure quality standards and SLA requirements are met

+ Use project tools (Workfront) to track progress and updates

+ Act as a point of contact between internal teams, contractors, and vendors
