Takeover for a retiring physician. Two physicians looking to transition out of practice.

• This clinic includes 3 physicians and is part of an expanding FHO group of 16
• Ability to add a 4th physician with 9 exam rooms in the clinic
• Support staff includes an RPN and reception staff
• Rosters are approx. 1450 & 1950 patients that includes a cross-section of ages and stages.
• Full comprehensive primary care scope of work
• Finding the right fit for the clinic is a priority
• On-call and after-hours coverage is arranged through the full FHO group of 16
