Job Description

Great FHO opportunity taking over for anestablished physician in Forest Hill, Kitchener. Roster size of 1000 patients,working in clinic 3 days a week. Work alongside 4 other physicians in anestablished medical plaza (lab and pharamacy). Excellent support staffincluding nurses and receptionists. Clinic features 10 exams rooms.
Reasonable on call coverage as part of a FHO group of 23. Looking to retireSpring/Summer 2024. Ability to locum with the intention of taking over thepractice.
