This position focuses on improving production quality and stability through CP testing, process monitoring, and technical innovation. Main responsibilities include:
Plan and conduct CP tests with cross-functional teams.

Analyze test results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Monitor daily/monthly production to ensure stable operations.

Revise SOPs and technical standards based on operational needs.

Propose new equipment, materials, or methods to solve technical issues.

Support implementation and handover of new technologies to production teams.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Food Science or other related technology fields;

Proficient in English (4 skills)

Strong knowledge in fermentation technology, general knowledge of fermentation process for vinegar and soy sauce;
