Universal Fence is a growing commercial fencing contractor serving clients across Western Canada in oil & gas, infrastructure, mining, and government projects .

We are looking for a hands‑on Fencing Foreman to lead our installation crews and help deliver high‑quality fencing systems safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a crew installing commercial and industrial fencing systems
• Security fencing
• Gates and access systems
• Conduct site layout and stringline setup
• Drill post holes using skid steer equipment
• Set posts, pour concrete, and install fencing components
• Run daily safety meetings and enforce safety procedures
