Fence Estimating & Project Support Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

We’re seeking a full-time remote Fence Estimating & Project Support Specialist to assist with fence layout planning, material take-offs, blueprint reading, inventory tracking, and project valuation. This role supports our field team by preparing accurate layouts and take-offs, maintaining material records, and helping value each project efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret architectural blueprints, surveys, and site plans
• Create accurate fence layouts using digital tools
• Perform detailed material take-offs for vinyl, wood, aluminum, and chain link fencing
• Track and manage material inventory levels; assist in ordering supplies
• Estimate project values based on materials, scope, and labor
• Collaborate remotely with field teams to verify measurements and job conditions
• Prepare estimates, job files, and documentation for each project
