We are looking for experienced Female Support Workers to join our specialist complex supported living home in Edgware, supporting one woman with learning disabilities and autism who experiences behaviours of distress. This is a highly specialised role, ideal for candidates who already have strong, firsthand experience in complex behavioural support settings and feel confident working in emotionally demanding but highly rewarding environments. You will be supporting a woman in her early thirties, living in her own home, with 2:1 staffing in place. The focus of the role is to provide consistent, proactive, and person-centred support that promotes safety, trust, and independence.
