You'll be flexible and open to working across different homes, confident in meeting new people, and keen to learn. While experience is great, your attitude and energy matter most. You will also be committed to completing your training, which will include a mix of webinars and face‑to‑face sessions. There will be some initial weekday availability required to complete this, but we'll work with you as much as possible to make it manageable.
