The Role

This is a vital, full‑time position as an SEMH Support Worker, specifically based within a dedicated In‑School Inclusion Provision (ISIP). Starting immediately and running until the end of the academic year, you will work on the front lines of pastoral care. Your primary mission is to support students who find mainstream classroom settings overwhelming due to social, emotional, or mental health barriers. You won't just be managing behaviour; you will be mentoring, de‑escalating, and providing a safe haven where students can regulate their emotions before successfully reintegrating into their lessons.
