• Ensure quality standards are met for fabrics, stitching, and finished garments.
• Maintain cost sheets, bill of materials (BOM), and production records.
• Coordinate fitting sessions and implement required changes.
• Liaise between buyers, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth order execution.
