Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the maintenance, application, and creation of management fees, IFA payments, administration charges, and Financial Planning fees.

This role is responsible for ensuring accurate application of fee structures, maintaining client service levels, and supporting operational efficiency across client accounts.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Managed Account Inception:

  • Apply management fees, IFA payments, and financial planning information to new managed accounts
  • Liaise with investment managers to resolve missing or incorrect fees/charges

    • Service Level Changes:

  • Amend client account service levels, ensuring correct fees and charges are applied
  • Create and manage pro-rata charges

    • Daily Procedures:

  • Review and validate daily automated management fee invoices
  • Print and dispatch invoices to clients and investment managers
