Position Overview:
We're hiring a Business Contact (BC) Manager to handle daily FedEx operations from the Maspeth terminal. This role is part manager, part driver, and 100% hands-on. You'll lead by doing-handling dispatch, managing drivers, solving issues, AND jumping behind the wheel when needed.

This is NOT a desk job. You'll work like a FedEx driver daily and must meet DOT physical fitness requirements. We work almost 365 days a hear in any and ALL weather conditions.
