FBM Operational Integration Manager

**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking a results drivenProject Engineering Managerwho will serve as a part of the FBM Program Integration Directorate’s Operational Resilience & Integration Pillar. This position will supervise the FBM Production & Requalification Integration Team & the FBM Logistics Integration Team. This position will be responsible for identification, oversight, & planning of shared & common production, requalification, and logistic scope activities for the multiple FBM sub-programs (D5LE, D5LE2, CMC, UKTSC, Mk7, etc.). This position will serve as a primary cross program integration point which will include working across and within the FBM Program to address: technical/requirement differences, programmatic cost and schedule constraints, and all production, requalification, & logistic scope interdependencies. This position will also serve as the FBM Program’s focal point for Program Governance & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Enforcement.
