JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff (Kitchen Stewards, Packaging Staff & Outlet Attendants)
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service readiness.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper documentation of incidents and guest concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Hospitality Management or related course (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setup.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Baguio Country Club.
