We are hiring an F&B Operations Manager for an International chain of restaurants & hotels on a beautiful coast in Egypt.


Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants and F&B locations

* Manage budgets, forecast revenue and control operational costs

* Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and handle complaints
* Collaborate with chefs and managers to standardize menus

* Ensure accurate pricing, billing and financial reporting

* Support and develop the team to drive success

* Recruit, train and supervise F&B staff



Key Qualifications:

* 7+ Years of Experience in hotels & restaurants

* Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or similar

* Age between 28 - 45

* Fluency in English
