• Create fresh silhouettes aligned with our customer and price segment

• Balance creative innovation with commercial success

• Work closely with sampling, karigars & production teams to convert ideas into well-constructed garments

This role is ideal for someone who understands both aesthetic storytelling and practical execution.

• Build:

• mood boards & concept direction

• color & fabric stories

• silhouette language & category mix

• Design collections aligned to brand positioning & price architecture

• Develop sketches, tech packs & sampling follow-ups

• Work on fit corrections, fabric behavior & finish...
