Responsibilities
- Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers
- Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
- Provide an excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales
