Overview

This position requires on-site work at Chattu Farm Ltd. No remote option is available. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planting and cultivating activities
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
• Manage overall operation of farm
• Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown and livestock to be raised
• Maintain financial and production records
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
