FARM MANAGER

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field;
• 710 years practical experience in managing agricultural crop production and primary processing (fruit, field crops, or similar experience with rooibos not required);
• Experience in the management of hospitality/accommodation/adventure-tourism (in addition to practical farming experience);
• Good mechanical understanding and skills relating to general farm maintenance and irrigation systems;
• Good computer literacy (MS Office and general farming software);
• Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken);
• Valid driver's license (including a truck driver's license and PDP);
• Must be physically healthy to perform the duties as required.
