Farm Hand - Cattle focus

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Farmhand (Cattle Focus) to join a large, family-owned mixed farming operation spanning 24,000 acres in Bellata, NSW.

This is a hands-on role primarily focused on cattle operations, with opportunities to assist in cropping activities during peak periods. Ideal for someone looking to build solid, long-term experience in livestock production within a supportive team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Mustering and handling cattle (including cows with calves and bulls)
• Feeding livestock (hay, paddock feeding, feed mixer operations)
• Assisting with calving, branding, tagging, and vaccinations
• Monitoring livestock health and reporting issues
• Maintaining fences, water systems, and yards
• Operating farm machinery (quad bikes, tractors etc.)
• Record keeping and general farm support
• Assisting with cropping operations when required
