Qualifications:Educational Background: No formal education required, but basic literacy is an advantage Work Experience: Prior experience in poultry farming, livestock care, or agricultural work is an advantage, but not mandatory Skills & Competencies: Ability to perform physical, manual tasks such as lifting, cleaning, and feeding Basic understanding of farm hygiene, safety, and animal care Willingness to follow instructions and established procedures Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting Personal Qualities: Hardworking, dependable, and responsible Eager to learn and grow within the farming/agricultural industry Respectful of animal welfare and farm protocols Other Requirements: Must be physically fit Willingness to live and work on-site Commitment to long-term work in a farm environment
