FARM FOREMAN

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Guiding / wildlife qualification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good record keeping skills
• Computer literate
• Basic tractor and farm machinery know-how
• Mechanically and maintenance orientated
• Valid driver’s license

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

• Operating and Maintaining vehicle and farm equipment (Chainsaw, lawnmower, brush cutter etc.}
• Maintain of camp gardens and lawn (Irrigating, planting, removing weeds etc.)
• Maintaining and cleaning infrastructure of camp.
• General Pool maintenance.
• Removing and Controlling problem plants.
• Farm maintenance: Building and doing general maintenance on the farm, including mending fences, digging ditches, removing of fallen/dead branches.
• Maintaining roads of farm (Cutting over branches and small road repairs).
