This is a 3-month contract position with a local authority aimed at delivering targeted, evidence-based interventions to children, young people, and families (aged 0–19). The role is crucial in supporting improved outcomes and preventing the escalation of needs. It involves collaboration with multi‑agency partners, conducting assessments, and providing outcome‑focused support to enhance life chances and promote safeguarding and wellbeing.
