Eventus Legal is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established, reputable law firm in the Burnley area. This is a permanent, full-time job role offering a competitive salary and additional benefits including bonus, onsite parking, additional holidays and remote working on a hybrid basis (1 or 2 days per week).

About the Role

As the incoming Family Law Solicitor, you will manage your own varied caseload independently, providing expert advice and representation across all areas of family law. Your responsibilities will include:

• Divorce and separation matters
• Financial settlements
• Child arrangement cases
• TOLATA cases
• Drafting legal documents, agreements, and court applications
• Representing clients at court hearings when required
• Resolving disputes and negotiating settlements and through mediation where appropriate
