Coordinate the case intake process and maintains case data in the case tracking system. Collaborates with the partnering and community agencies and their representatives on the multidisciplinary team.
Provides case intake and coordination for families and/or referring multidisciplinary team members. Completes mandatory and service referrals for children and families in a timely manner. Assists in maintaining the center's case tracking system to produce statistical reports to reflect accountabilities. Responsible for coordination, scheduling and conducting of forensic interviews.
