Job Description

**Job Summary:** The Family Services Coordinator is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and integration of the ERSEA (Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance) and Family & Community Partnerships components. This position ensures compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards while supporting family engagement, enrollment processes, and community partnerships.

**Education and Experience:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required; 3–5 years related experience preferred; knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, ERSEA, and Family & Community Partnerships desired.
