Overview

Family Physician – Primary Care Centre (PCC) Location: n.St’at’imc Nations – Lillooet, BC (may include on‑reserve services) Contract: 0.4 FTE – typically 672 hours a year (compensation scaled to FTE) Medical Lead Eligibility: 0.2 FTE

Physician Master Agreement: Full‑scope placement range $290,842 – $363,552 (subject to scope of services and premium of 13.97%). Compensation is scaled to full time equivalent. Additional incentives may apply based on eligibility. Family Physicians are not required to contribute toward overhead.

About the Role

The Family Physician is the primary provider responsible for a client panel and collaborates within a team‑based environment that supports Western and traditional wellness approaches. A minimum panel size of 650 per 1.0 FTE is expected by year 3. The physician will travel with the team on Fridays to various sites to provide appointments within the six communities.
